That is the crux of the matter. Education. The problem is that so many have no parents and there are so many other reasons. It is a massive problem over here and I am afraid that we will not win the anti-littering battle. If we leave bags unguarded at the entrances, they will be stolen and sold for personal gain. A friend's wife told us yesterday that she was driving with a friend and said friend opened the car widow to throw an empty packet of whatever he was eating out through the window. She asked him why and he said that it was for job creation! He reckoned that the street cleaners needed their jobs. Just to show you how skewed the thinking is over here.
