Our friendship is cast in stone and we simply have to do when we can.

Yes, I call them the 50/50 guys, They talk a 50% truth in the morning and then they change that truth 50% the next day 🤣

A bit of sun has stuck it's head out right now, so it seems that we will have a nice day.
It was me and the bats again last night in the rain, bur still no luck with this stupid flash.
So now I am determined to get that other flash and to prepare for next year's winter.

In Africa everything is big my friend, even my ears and my feet 🤣

Good morning Zac, 

it has been rainy and wet here till about an hour ago. Now the sun has come out and it's getting warmer. Tomorrow will be beautiful weather they say. No wonder, I am working tomorrow 😂

I would say 50% they lie and 50% they don't talk the truth 🤣 ... but not all of them. My brother in law is vice mayor in a small village and you may believe that what he says is true.

So the bats were here? One day you will get them. I hate using the flash and never take it with me. If it's too dark I have a little LED light, but I avoid dark situations anyway.

Good evening Hannes,

So, this guy with a pony tail in his long beard arrived here at our home to meet with me. He is an expert in wooden pole erections and I bought 8 X 6 meter thick poles as cross support fot the carport roof.
Problem is that the poles are too long and heavy for me to install alone and he has a team of installers. So we chatted a bit and I asked him what it would cost me to hire his team for a day.
Now hear this, he said that because I bought the poles from them, that he and his team will install it for free this coming week. How's that for service.

We insisted on paying and he said no, that we can rather buy his team cool drinks.
So, soon the carport will be finished.

Maybe you can sneak out early for a ride tomorrow 😇

50/50 over there maybe but here it is more 30/70 methinks.

Yes, I am now determined to get the TT Flash for next year's winter and I will have until Autumn next year to save up for it. I will try again to get them at midnight tonight, but it's difficult, as I have to wait for one to dive down from the fruit to get him into the flash range. Thankfully tonight there is no rain as last night I got terribly wet.

wow, that's what I call a service - this guy is great 👍

I'll not be at home before the late afternoon, because I have a meeting at 1pm, but I don't mind because this coming week will be short and from Thursday on I have free ... and rain, if the weatherman is right.
