Today I'm grateful that I'm a bit less sore than yesterday. :D I'm grateful that our children and the bob calves are safe, healthy and happy. I'm grateful that my husband still makes me laugh on a daily basis, not bad after being married for over a quarter of a century. :D I'm grateful that our girls went into the barn really easy tonight and right to their oat dishes, no fuss or muss. :D Most of all I'm grateful that I was gifted with another day to learn something new, to love my family and friends and to be loved by those family and friends. :D I can't ask for more than that and am very blessed. Have an awesome day! :D

Thank you so much!  This truly is an amazing community.  On a separate subject, today I am thankful for the time change.  The sun was bright and shining this morning by me and it just makes the day start out on a happy note!  (coming home in the dark is a different story, but it will get light again eventually).  Again, thank you!

I'm grateful for my pull-up bar which keeps me fit even when I can't go to the gym.

Wow! So many lives have been touched by this challenge and each life is spread so many ripples of compassion and love around. So proud of what you are doing and happy to be a part of it. Today, I would like to express my gratitude for having the ability to choose forgiveness over holding grudges. Letting go is extremely important whether it is to let go of any resentment you have, any grudge you hold against someone or any of your negative thoughts. Holding on to unhealthy thoughts and emotions brings in a lot of hurt and hate and both are poisonous to your gratitude. These emotions keep you from being appreciative and thankful of your blessings and acknowledging all that you have. Over the years, I have worked on becoming more forgiving of myself each time I err and of others each time someone hurts me and I think this has helped me become more thankful and content with time so today I am thankful for having the ability to forgive, forget and let go. :D
