Welcome to the tenth [Gridcoin](https://gridcoin.us/) Stats of the Network! 

Gridcoin is an open source [cryptocurrency](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryptocurrency) (Ticker: GRC) that rewards [volunteer computing](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volunteer_computing) for science through the [BOINC platform](https://boinc.berkeley.edu/). [[1](https://gridcoin.us/)]

The Gridcoin statistics are divided into two sections: _Blockchain Stats_ and _BOINC Stats_.
 
The information is gathered and compiled from the _getblockstats_ RPC command in the Gridcoin wallet, Gridcoin Oracle,  [BOINCStats](http://boincstats.com/), [GRCPool](https://www.grcpool.com/report/pool), [Gridcoin Stats](https://www.gridcoinstats.eu/superblock) and individual project websites.
