Who would not want that; Sitting in a single-storey, wooden, cozy nest among the trees in nature... Maybe we experienced the last sunny weather in Antalya on the weekend, reminding us that the summer sun will say goodbye.

>Kim istemez ki; doğanın içinde ağaçlarının arasında tek katlı, ahşaptan yapılmış, sıcacık bir yuvada oturmak... Antalya'da  belki de  hafta sonu, yaz güneşinin artık veda edeceğini hatırlatan son güneşli havasını yaşadık.

On such a beautiful day that the weather gave us as a gift, I was on my way to the village of Cakirlar, where I love to take a walk with my car. While on the road, I saw wooden shapes made of wood, reminiscent of a Christmas tree, on the side of the road. Curious, I wanted to pull my car over and have a look. This was the woodworking workshop. Due to the approach of the New Year, they made a wooden Christmas tree and placed it in front of the shop visually.

>Havanın bize hediye ettiği böyle güzel bir günde aracımla yürüyüş yapmayı çok sevdiğim Çakırlar köyüne doğru gidiyordum. Yolda giderken yol kenarında ahşaptan yapılmış, yılbaşı ağacını anımsatan tahta  şekiller gördüm. Merak edip aracımı kenara çekip bakmak istedim. Burası ahşap atölyesiydi. Yılbaşının yaklaşması nedeniyle ahşaptan bir yılbaşı ağacı yapmışlar, görsel olarak da dükkanın önüne koymuşlar.

At first I couldn't understand what this shape was. The owner of the workshop, Mehmet Bey, made the statement. He said it was a Christmas tree. There is a factory behind the shop. All kinds of household goods and decorative products made with wood were made in this factory and sold to customers.

>Başlangıçta bu şeklin ne olduğunu anlayamamıştım. Açıklamayı, yanıma gelen atölyenin sahibi Mehmet bey, yaptı.  Bunun bir yılbaşı ağacı olduğunu söyledi. Dükkanın arkasında bir fabrika var. Ahşap ile yapılan her türlü ev eşyası ve dekoratif ürünler, bu fabrika da yapılarak müşterilere satılıyormuş.

Most of the products are made of cedar wood. When I asked why; Mehmet Bey answers as follows: Cedar wood is generally used in furniture and decoration materials. Even cedar wood is called a decoration tree. The thick wood parts of the cedar tree are very strong. Thanks to the strong groove of the tree, all furniture is made from this type of wood. It is even used in shipbuilding. After these explanations, I started to tour the shop widely.

>Ürünlerin çoğu sedir ağacından yapılmış. Bunun nedenini sorduğumda; Mehmet bey şöyle cevap veriyor: Mobilya ve dekorasyon malzemelerinde genellikle sedir ağacı kullanılır. Hatta sedir ağacı bir dekorasyon ağacı olarak da adlandırılır. Sedir ağacının kalın odun kısımları çok kuvvetlidir. Ağacın güçlü oluğu sayesinde tüm mobilyalar bu ağaç türünden yapılır. Hatta gemi yapımında bile kullanılmaktadır. Bu açıklamalarından sonra, dükkanı geniş çaplı gezmeye başladım.

The workshop was also made in houses made entirely of wood. They even built these houses and sent them to England, Norway and the Netherlands. Imagine you have a small plot of land. Who knows how nice it would be to wake up in nature in the trees and greenery. As Mehmet Bey showed me the wooden houses they built, I dreamed of these. Now I want to show you these houses and their interior decor.


>Atölye de tamamı ahşaptan olan evlerde yapılıyormuş. Hatta bu evleri yapıp İngiltere'ye Norveç' e ve Hollanda'ya bile gönderiyorlarmış. Küçük bir araziniz olduğunu düşünün. Ağaçların ve yeşilliklerin içinde doğada uyanmak kim bilir ne kadar güzel olurdu. Mehmet bey yaptıkları ahşap evleri gösterdikçe içimden bunları hayal etmiştim. Şimdi sizlere bu evleri ve içinin dekorunu göstermek istiyorum.

A door of happiness opens in an area of approximately 50 square meters. They can design everything exactly the way you want. Your kitchen stands as an open kitchen in the corner. You have a beautiful chair made entirely of wood, a rec table in the middle, a picture of your favorite painting, a double bed made of wood, all these are adjusted according to your wishes. Wouldn't you like to go to the corner with your hot coffee, grab a book from your library and sip your coffee while enjoying the happiness of being in nature?

>Yaklaşık 50 metre kare alanında bir mutluluk kapısı açılıyor. Her şeyi de tam istediğiniz şekilde dizayn edebiliyorlar.  Mutfağınız, köşede açık mutfak olarak duruyor. Tamamı ahşaptan güzel bir sandalyeniz, ortada fiskos masanız, sevdiğiniz bir tablo resmi, çift kişilik ahşaptan yapılmış yatağınız, bütün bunlar sizin isteklerinize göre ayarlanıyor. Sıcak kahvenizi alıp köşeye çekilip , kitaplığınızdan bir kitap alıp, bir yandan kahvenizi yudumlarken bir yandan da doğanın içinde olmanın mutluluğunu yaşamak istemez miydiniz?

The workshop is making wooden houses in three different ways. You can build these wooden houses, which are priced according to the square meter, however you want. You can even purchase wooden items from here. Prices are a little more affordable than normal concrete house prices. You have to pay 750 million for the kitchen, living room and bathroom, which are packed into approximately 60 square meters of space. If you want to live in a larger area, you can have it built as a two-storey duplex. You can use the ground floor as a kitchen and living room, and the upper floor as a bedroom and bathroom. They say that the cost of this is around 2.5 million.


>Atölye üç farklı şekillerde ahşap evler yapıyor. Metre karesine göre fiyatlanan bu ahşap evleri istediğiniz şekilde yaptırabiliyorsunuz. Hatta eşyalarını da buradan ahşap olarak temin edebilirsiniz. Fiyatlar normal beton ev fiyatlarına göre biraz daha uygun. Yaklaşık 60 metre kare alanına sığdırılan, mutfak, salon ve banyo için 750 milyon ödemek zorundasınız. Eğer daha büyük bir alanda yaşamak isterseniz, iki katlı dubleks olarak yaptırabilirsiniz. Alt katını mutfak ve salon olarak üst katını da yatak odası ve banyo olarak da kullanabilirsiniz. Bunun maliyetinin ise yaklaşık olarak  2,5 milyon civarında olduğunu söylüyorlar.

Building a house like this made more sense to me. It seems like a good opportunity for those who are liberal and have a strong spirit of independence. Maybe loneliness can bore you. But are you not alone? You have nature. You have trees. You have birds. You have grass. You have flowers. And most importantly, you have clean air.

>Böyle bir ev yaptırmak bana daha mantıklı geldi. Özgürlükçü ve bağımsızlık ruhu ağır basanlar için iyi bir fırsat gibi görünüyor. Belki yalnızlık sizi sıkılabilir.  Ama yalnız değilsiniz ki? Doğanız var. Ağaçlarınız var. Kuşlarınız var. Otlarınız var. Çiçekleriniz var. Ve en önemlisi de temiz bir havanız var.

The owner of the workshop says that cedar wood is used in the health sector as well as in the furniture industry today. The oil layer formed on the trunks of the cedar tree and the cones on the branch also had an important place in skin health.


>Atölye sahibi, sedir ağacının, günümüzde mobilya sektöründe kullanıldığı gibi, sağlık sektöründe de kullanıldığını söylüyor. Sedir ağacının gövdelerinde oluşan yağ tabakası ve dalındaki kozalakları da cilt sağlığında da önemli bir yere sahipmiş.

The front of the workshop has items made of wood of various shapes. The woods with human faces resembling sculptures, although a little scary, show that artistically beautiful work has been done.


>Atölyenin önü çeşitli şekillerde ahşaptan yapılmış eşyalar var. Heykelleri andıran insan yüzlü ahşaplar,  biraz ürkütücü gibi dursa da sanatsal olarak güzel bir çalışma yapıldığını gösteriyor.

I enjoyed visiting this woodworking workshop that I saw by chance. I was very impressed, especially when I saw the decoration inside the wooden houses. In order for you to see the nature completely, the glass window from one end to the other is also well thought out. When I saw the decoration, I dreamed of myself, wrapped in a warm blanket on a rainy winter day, drinking my hot coffee on the glass and a book in my hand :)) See you again...


>Tesadüfen gördüğüm bu ahşap atölyesini gezerken büyük keyif aldım. Özellikle ahşap evlerin içlerindeki dekorasyonu görünce çok etkilendim. Doğayı tamamen görebilmeniz için de boydan boya cam pencere oluşu da güzel düşünülmüş. Dekorasyonu görünce, yağmurlu bir kış gününde sıcacık battaniyeye sarılmış, elimde kitap ve fiskosun üzerinde sıcak kahvemi içerken kendimi hayal ettim:)) Tekrar görüşmek üzere hoşça kalın...
