Happy Friday y'all 🍻
It was actually a stressful Friday for me due to work responsibilities.
Oh well, I can't avoid that.
But what I can do is to turn it to something fun.
Always make the most out of everything, right?

So yeah... we have been craving for nachos since last weekend. However, due to the current situation, we are still not that comfortable going out of the house. So I decided to make one for us tonight!</div>
<br>

#### Here's what I have prepared:
- Dorito's (Cool Ranch flavor - our favorite!)
- 1 whole onion (diced)
- 1 whole tomato (diced)
- 6 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 cheese slices (diced) *just because we don't have actual cheese
- Cheez Whiz (better option for compared to nacho cheese spread)
- 500g ground beef
- oyster sauce
- soy sauce
- butter
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 piece red chili *I don't appreciate too spicy food 😬

#### Here's what I did:
- Minced the garlic. Diced the onion and tomato and save half of each for later.
- Sauteed the garlic (I prefer to get it toasted before adding the rest), with onions and tomatoes and beef in oil.
- Put in salt & pepper.
- Added butter.
- Waited the beef to turn brown.
- Added oyster sauce, waited until mixed well.
- Mixed the soy sauce.
- Stirred well until the beef became less greasy.
- Layered the chips on the plate; added the sliced cheese, raw onions and tomatoes, and cheese spread

This might not be my forte but I enjoyed preparing it and most importantly, I enjoyed eating it!

<br>Disclaimer: This is my own recipe. Feel free to try it. But it might not taste what you expect it to be. I just thought it might be fun and helpful to share it with you!

The taste was close enough to the real thing, especially with the raw onions and tomatoes that make it more legit.
