Then I respect your wisdom and your willingness to share your years of experience. I was once, after leaving the Marine Corps a lowly house painter, working on the house of a multi multi millionaire ( we are talking apartment in Trump plaza). He was a very successful divorce attorney that dealt with the ultra rich. Regardless, I was in that profession not due to intellectual limitations or lack of options, but due to the fact that I was my fathers only son, and it was my obligation to him as he aged to support him. A concept much more prevalent in Asian culture than American ( I live in Japan for over a decade).
Regardless. This Whale of regular society took the time to know me, to talk to me, and did not judge me by the painters whites I was wearing. He used his influence to elevate me and work toward bringing me to his level. He taught me that greed is a foolish concept, as "there are enough animals in the jungle for every lion to eat and be full" --his words.
I have heeded his wisdom and seek nothing more than to pay the same forward to others. To help elevate them as well. I have also learned to head the wisdom of my elders whom can speak with absolute integrity when they tell you "been there done that." I appreciate more with each passing year.
So once again I thank you for your comments and wisdom on the issue. I look forward to more of your knowledge in the future.
--humbly submitted
Richard
