I saw a challenge from @snook for A [Snookmademedoit challenge](https://esteem.app/dtube/@snook/kmug58quf73). Now I am going to write my opinion about it.

>"Have you ever read a Steemians post and wonder how in the world they ended up on the Steem Blockchain? What brought them here? Why are they still here? Did they have an easy time when they walked in the great front door of the future?"
>"I think we all have more in common about why we have stayed on the Steem blockchain. I would love to hear your Steem story. What I would also love to hear is why with all the hardforks, learning, and struggles you made it on Steem as of today."

The task contains two questions:
#### 1: How did you get here?
#### 2: Why are you still here?

So let's answer these questions.
#### 1: How did you get here?
A few years ago, when I got an android phone, I was playing some games, watching videos, wasting time as usually 16-17 years old kids do. One day my cousin saw me doing these things and he told me what are you doing? Why are you wasting time? I asked him what should I do, then he told me about #SteemIt, firstly I thought, it would be like facebook, Instagram social media, how can I earn from it. But thanks to him(cousin) he taught me everything how to do tasks, what to do and then in nearly two months I earned a lot. I wasn't expecting that much but thanks to him for teaching me all this.
At that time, steem was on its peak and I did everything for earning and earned as much as did. Then after few months, steem value got decreased and many of my friends left from SteemIt, but me and my cousin we stayed here and still are doing our work. I know we aren't regural user's but I also know that we didn't left it for whole.

#### 2: Why I am still here?
As I told you many of my friends left it even my brother left when steem value decreased 10 times, all my friends lost hope expect me and my cousin. I told him what yo do, he said do the same thing as you were doing and my next question was will it be worthy or not. He said don't lose hope, it will rise once and then day when it rises, we will earn more than you earned.
I stopped posting for sometime, because of many reasons, like first when I stopped, it was because of my exams, then because of Internet blockage.
Even these days, I am not posting reguraly because of my exams as I am still in junior year of college so I have to study also.
It is about to end 2019 and this year not much big happen with steem, but we are hoping for the best in 2020.
