This won't take long, included are a few words and screenshots to avoid looking for pictures.  It all started when I was born, the day my world came into existence. Now, we just finished the <a href="https://ecency.com/hive-125125/@dreemport/ecency-dreemport-challenge-week-2">Ecency Dreemport Challenge Week 2</a>

As part of the continuing collab between Ecency and Dreemport this week was all about sharing with others. Specifically Ecency points. 

I did none of that. 

It was a pretty hectic week all things said and done though. TGIF for the win. Friday brought a little bit of focus and the ability to scroll for like 1 hour looking for a newbie and buddies to boost. I settled for stuff though. 

I tried, but finding a newbie that will stick it out on Hive is like finding objective news. 

The first day was easy, oh the energy and exuberance of youth. Back then I could just open a post and boost it. No issues. You won't believe it.

The first post for the week was by a team mate Mc Yusuf, he is a snail DJ from Nigeria that specializes in funeral music. 

Also he has a growing grassroots Snail Farm which looks to be very promising, you should go read the post. 

Although the boost was pirated by @dreemsteem it was still supposed to be from our team so we win regardless.

My team boost landed on @juliamulcahy's <a href="https://ecency.com/hive-199275/@juliamulcahy/the-white-goddess">The White Goddess</a>

Her epic poem is a a story of resilience and hope. It also may have provided me with a continuation to a story I haphazardously wrote, and possibly now I can even end it. I guess that is the power of the White Goddess, she will always find a way.

Then I grew older and the years seemed like days. Friday came and I got to unwind a bit wasting over an hour scrolling through newly created posts with just the right combination of Rep and captivating title. 

I gave up and decided to trick myself into making progress so I checked which community we are supporting as a team and boosted a post from the Thoughtful Daily Post community. 

Luckily there was a fresh like lemonade and relatable post by coincidinky @Lemonade1 ~ <a href="https://ecency.com/hive-109288/@lemonade1/shackle-of-ungratefulness-">Shackle of Ungratefulness</a> I liked the observations shared and after confirming the writing is as good as it seemed :P I was happy to boost the fledgeling post a little bit.

Next I boosted a post from <a href="https://ecency.com/ecency/@ykdesign/face-paint-effect-in-photoshop">YKDesign~ Face Paint Effect in Photoshop</a>, it is a short and sweet clip showing the simple power of overlay mode and some patient brushing. I might have liked an added example with the displacement filter but when you go explore her blog I am certain you will find a cool one.

Then I ran into another snag, trying to boost a post but not getting any confirmation or error messages. I gave up on that account and just boosted the following two accounts. Because I can. 

First I boosted mister fancy pants Kene who got an almost overnight delivery on his online order. I don't care who you are but if I say Africa and convenient service in the same context then you better be in awe. Everytime. Food delivered to your door? Wow, amazing. Running water? Wow, how do they do it. Working government?

Lastly, there is a contest from @WrestlingDesires which everyone can check out so we all have fresh posts for people to boost :P and obviously any convenient topic for a post is a good thing because posting is hard, it is boring on average and drains the soul out of you.

This one is still to be confirmed as boosted but fingers crossed.

The boost values were not the highest, but it does follow with my usual pattern. It is tempting to want to use the maximum amount you can, but the way I see it is a little over time adds up, vs I guess some go big then sit dry for a long period and can even become weirdly resentful. 

It is odd how quickly people can become needy and selfish. So a week like this shows how supporting others in small ways might just be all you need. Obviously I am trying to get out of having to comment at all since I kinda try vote and reblog and tweet stuffs :P

Anyway, this week I worked with @juliamulcahy , @samsmith1971  and @mcyusuf well I say work with. I watched them work then waited for deadline to shiv me in my sleep.
