In case you missed the show here is the recording of Friday's episode of Pennsif's Alternative Lifestyle Show. The show included an up to the minute update on the situation in Nicaragua from @cecicastor.

@bowentroyer - had a dream of becoming a full-time cattle farmer for nearly a decade before finally moving to a 400 acre farm with wife @thefarmerswife

@thefarmerswife - homeschooling mother of 3, moved with husband @bowentroyer to a farm in Kentucky a couple of years ago

@nathankaye - smile-blazing, soul-gazing, nature loving, energising, didge beatbox blowing, multi-instrument musician, actor, black belt martial artist, veganese and proud dad also in Melbourne, Australia. Nathan is currently setting up a project to combat suicide and depression.
