There are currently around 200 SR candidates. Every 6 hours a new election starts and the 27 SR candidates with the most votes officially represent the Tron Protocol. These 27 hold the title of Super Representative. The TRX has to 'frozen' as Tron Power to qualify for voting. In my opinion this is a healthy thought. When Steemit collaborates or is even acquired by TRON then when we as Steemians know better about TRON.
