Tengo poco más de una semana que no escribo, me siento un poco desmotivado por alguna razón, supongo que ya era hora. Además de eso, quisiera probar algunos otros juegos, pero la cosa con los gastos se están complicando bastante y no puedo permitirme por ahora un nuevo disco duro. Hace varios días intenté hacer este post que estás leyendo, pero por alguna razón mi OBS era algo incompatible con el juego que verás a continuación. Pasé bastante tiempo grabando y diciendo tonterías, pero luego de eso no había vídeo, solo había audio. En fin, por fin pude grabar algo y lo disfruté.

Steam me recomendó Coromon, un juego con la temática de atrapar pequeños monstruos y evolucionarlos, algo bastante parecido a Pokémon. Hace un tiempo conocí este juego gracias a @kaelci quien habló de este juego en algunos de sus post. 

Quiero ser honesto, el prólogo de este juego es algo que viví muchas veces, así que no hay demasiada emoción en mi vídeo, no quería fingir algo por lo que ya he pasado más de 4 veces(las veces que intenté grabar y todo salió mal). Más allá del prólogo, puedo decirte que si estuvo interesante, al menos en tema de gameplay, ya que aún no avanzamos demasiado en la historia de este juego.

Algo que me gustó bastante de este juego fue su apartado de personalización. Puedes hacer tu personaje a tu gusto, obviamente está bastante limitado, ya que es una personalización sencilla, pero no está nada mal.

No quiero hacerte spoiler, pero así como en Pokémon, en Coromon somos entrenadores de monstruos que pelean entre sí. Al inicio del juego aparecemos en casa, al igual que en los títulos de Nintendo. Nuestra madre nos anima y nos acompaña hasta el tren, y así comienza nuestra aventura. En este juego los personajes se expresan a través de los emojis, es bastante gracioso haha.

Después de bajar del tren, hablas con la recepcionista de la estación y te hace elegir la dificultad. No me podía decidir entre difícil y pesadilla, preferí difícil ya que no conocía el juego(Más adelante ocurre una catástrofe).

En esta dificultad los Coromon cuando son debilitados, inmediatamente abandonan tu equipo y vuelven a la naturaleza. En mi gameplay podrán ver como mi primer Coromon es debilitado y lo pierdo permanentemente. Me dolió un poco, incluso pensé en reiniciar, pero luego me pareció un reto interesante que afrontar en este juego.

Los 3 Coromon starter me parecieron bastante buenos, pero me decidí por la tortuga. Sus colores llamaron mucho más mi atención y parecía más mi estilo de Coromon, aunque no duró mucho en mi equipo haha.

Visualmente el juego me encanta, su estilo Pixelart y el sonido me parecieron bastante adecuados. Creo que es uno de los mejores Pokémon-like que he jugado hasta ahora, y eso que aún tengo mucho por avanzar.

Steam recommended Coromon to me, a game with the theme of catching little monsters and evolving them, something quite similar to Pokémon. A while ago I got to know this game thanks to @kaelci who talked about this game in some of her posts.

I'll be honest, the prologue of this game is something I lived many times, so there's not too much emotion in my video, I didn't want to fake something I already went through more than 4 times(the times I tried to record and everything went wrong). Beyond the prologue, I can tell you that it was interesting, at least in terms of gameplay, since we still don't advance too much in the story of this game.

Something that I really liked about this game was its customization section. You can make your character to your liking, obviously it's quite limited, since it's a simple customization, but it's not bad at all.

I don't want to spoil it for you, but just like in Pokémon, in Coromon we are trainers of monsters that fight each other. At the beginning of the game we appear at home, just like in Nintendo titles. Our mother encourages us and accompanies us to the train, and our adventure begins. In this game the characters express themselves through emojis, it's pretty funny haha.

After getting off the train, you talk to the receptionist at the station and she makes you choose the difficulty. I couldn't decide between hard and nightmare, I preferred hard because I didn't know the game (later on a catastrophe happens).

In this difficulty the Coromons, when weakened, immediately leave your team and return to nature. In my gameplay you can see how my first Coromon is weakened and I lose it permanently. It hurt a bit, I even thought about restarting, but then I found it an interesting challenge to face in this game.

All 3 starters looked pretty good to me, but I went for the turtle. Its colors caught my attention much more and it looked more my style of Coromon, although it didn't last long in my team haha.

Visually I love the game, its Pixelart style and the sound seemed quite adequate. I think it's one of the best Pokémon-like games I've played so far, and I still have a long way to go.

Pues si que se parece bastante a Pokemon haha pero apartando las temáticas creo que el pixel art de este juego podría destacar por si solo sin mucha comparación a Pokemon (o al menos eso pienso, se ve bonito), siento que ya he escuchado de este juego pero capaz lo estoy confundiendo con oootro juego que también comparte la misma temática, en mi caso no se si lo jugaría ya que de por si no soy tan fan de Pokemon así que no se si un juego como este me llamaría tanto la atención como para probarlo, pero si que es curioso leer sobre él.

Es bastante interesante la verdad, creo que los que lo hicieron supieron implementar sus cositas y su toque de originalidad. Hasta ahora lo he disfrutado bastante, espero seguir haciéndolo. Deberías de darle una oportunidad aunque no sea tu tipo de juego.

This game really does quite a few things better than Pokemon! I really enjoyed what time I spent in it. I need to keep playing it. I started my playthrough when I had a lot of other things going on. 🙁

I really like how you can choose your own difficulty, and create your own person, and how the "shinies" are actually better and not just a different colour, and there's just so many things! 😅 I need to get back into it.
