AFRICAN POT || STEP BY STEP ON HOW I MADE POUNDED YAM WITH VEGETABLE AND EGUNSI SOUP GANISHED WITH DRIED FISH

Hello Hiveians, 
I am @peterale. How are you doing guys? Here in Africa we are blessed with varieties of meals most especially African dishes.So this evening I decided to make myself sweet and delicious delicacy which is pounded yam with vegetable and egusi soup ganished with dry fish.

### INGREDIENTS USED

* Yam
* Vegetables
* Palm oil
* Grinded Melon seed
* Maggi
* Dried Fish
* Salt
* Locus beans(Iru)

### PROCESS FOR MAKING POUNDED YAM

* This is a healthy yam, what I will just do is peel it,Wash thoroughly, and place them in a clean pot then put the pot on cooking device which gas cooker. Then I allowed the yam to cook till its soft on average heat.

* Once the yam is soft, I washed the wooden mortal and pestle with clean water and pound it till its I'm satisfied with its softness.

##### PROCESS


* This is my empty clean pot on the cooking device.Then allowed the pot to heat up averagely

* After the pot has heat up, I will add the red palm oil. After a while of 2 to 3minutes.

* After I whisked then I add my ingredients.Then leave it to heat up for a while
