MY FIRST FINANCIAL GAIN OF MY 7TH BATCH OF BIRDS BASED ON FEED CONSUMPTION // LIFE OF A LIVESTOCK FARMER.

My birds are 33days today. Being a poultry business farmer, I have made assessment on every of my expenses that will sustain my birds from day one to their 6 week. The feeds,the vaccine and the medication. But right now, I think there is a little bit of twist compare to the past batches I have reared, I won't name it anything but call it gain or let me say the first gain of my 7th batch of my broiler chicken birds.

# WHERE DOES MY FIRST CALCULATED GAIN SURFACES?
Formerly, I mentioned it several times that i have switched from Ultima feed to Newhope feed. Normally, the feed that will sustain 150 broiler birds from day one to 6 weeks is 23 bags of feed while I was using Ultima feed. Now that I have shifted from Ultima to Newhope feed. At almost 5 weeks, they have only feed on 14 bags of Newhope feed while they would have feed on almost 17 bags while I was using Ultima feed. Though a bag of Ultima feed is #8,600 compare to Newhope feed sold at #9,450 with difference of #850. But the thing, I will only buy some bags of feed that will not be up to 23bags till they clock 6weeks with this present Newhope feed that I am using. At most, before they clock 6 weeks they will they only be feeding only 19 bags compares to 23 bags of Ultima that I formerly used.

# MY FIRST GAIN.
That depicts that I will be having some left over of about 4 bags. That four bags of feed is calculated around #37,800. Even if you want deduct the price difference of the #850 of the Newhope feed from the Ultima feed,that will be 4 bags of multiply by #800 which is #2,800. Deducting #2,800 from #37,800, I will be left with #35,000 gain.
