[**The fact that the 10 energy lines(sen) defined in Thai massage start from the navel and circulate through the extremities and the head**](https://hive.blog/spirituality/@peterchung/navel-symbolic-meaning-for-thai), and three central lines([**nadi**](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nadi_(yoga))) that crosses in the form of seven knots(chakras) starting from the bottom to the parietal as defined in Swara Yoga can be connected naturally.

In Thai massage, **Sen Sumana** starts at the navel, run straight up and insside the throat, finishing at the base of the tongue. **Sen Ittha(left side) and Pingkhal(right side)** starts at the navel, runs down the front of the left/right thigh, turns left/right at the knee, ascends the back of the left/right thigh, ascends the left/right side of the spine (in laminar groove), finishing at the left nostril.

>Swara yoga is the ancient art of connecting the main body channels with the lunar cycles. These channels, ida (left, feminine) pingala (right, masculine), and sushumna (central, neutral) are the primary channels that influence the psychophysiological pathways. The three primary channels have a direct correlation onto the central nervous system and the hemispheres of the brain. Breath is the link to the physio-cosmic connection. The lunar cycles of Swara coincide with Nostril dominance. Nostril dominance is the direct link to the hemispheres of the brain.
