Hoy prepare un almuerzo muy común en esta país Venezuela. La prepacion fue una carne mechada con arroz blanco.Lo primero que hice fue poner a sancochar la carne y cuando estuvo blanda retire del fuego,repose y luego la Meche  Seguidamente pique cebolla,ají,ajo, cilantro ,cebollin,color, aceite,un poco del agua donde se cocino la carne y lleve al fuego a sofreir https://images.hive.blog/DQmeJQtU6BruyT5N9nABTUgHUzuWL5nWH6cqxDMKgdsbhbd/IMG_20230314_105444_388.jpg) Luego termine de colocar el poco de caldo que quedaba para así los aliños se hicieran salsa.  después de este proceso procedo agregar la carne mechada .  De inmediato la meneo para integrarla a la salsa y dejar que seque un poco.  Cómo pueden ver aqui ya la carne lista luego de cinco minutos de cocción con el guiso.
