Paul, I'm very sorry to hear about the stroke. Like @kingscrown said, it doesn't make sense to make a decision like that so soon.  I still remember you from some of the fun contests you put on in the earlier days of Steem like [this one](https://steemit.com/bounty/@onceuponatime/where-am-i-3).

 A big change can bring on sadness depression but we are all adaptable. Those that love you can adapt as well, and would probably want to rather than lose you forever.  There is the possibility to find new fulfillment in your life. I don't know you very well and I don't know the full extent of your situation but I hope it's not stubbornness that will end your life.
