Dog Friday - My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2021
Hi Actifitters!

Is there someone who doesn't like Friday? This week passed so fast that I have no idea where all that time went... It was like yesterday when I was writing a post on Saturday, and here we are... so close to close the (week) circle...

This morning started a bit lazier than usual and I got out of bed around 9 AM which was a perfect excuse to NOT go to the gym this morning... Also, I had some work to finish as soon as possible, so I stayed at home... I have done my regular stuff, SL giveaway, and market orders, but I have also recorded a [Splinterlands Season Rewards Opening video](https://peakd.com/hive-13323/@cryptofiloz/yroopile)...

When I have finished all that I had an hour until lunchtime, and I felt guilty about not going to work out, so I have packed my stuff and went to the gym... It's interesting how all people in the gym were unknown to me, as I'm not going there at that time usually... Anyways, it was OK, and I have made a good decision of not skipping the day, in the end... :)

After lunch, I took a "short" nap that lasted almost 2 HOURS!!! It looks that my body needed that as I didn't even hear that my wife and son were jumping around the room... lol... After a good sleep, I didn't get a headache, after 4-5 days in a row fighting with them... During the nights, I usually sleep 5-6 hours maximum, so maybe longer naps are the solution for my headache problem?

After that, I had a bunch of work to do, so I went on my daily walk just before the dark... Actually, that was my first tryout as I have met a friend with his dogs... After almost an hour of talk on the street, I went back home for dinner... But, I needed more steps, so I went for the second time for a walk and this time, it was a good one... :)
