Regarding the "food experience", it's hard to find authentic cuisine outside the country of origin, especially when you have an expert like you behind the plate... 😀 I know that I'm very picky when trying my favorite dish in some "unknown" place...

Maybe you should try your luck and open your restaurant?

!LOL It's been a while though, since I've last shared some of my own creations 😅.

Same and I try not to "school" others too much in the "right" way to cook certain dishes, because I'm aware that most chefs need to take the majority of their clienteles preferences into account and that they had to "westernize" the food.
