Yes, it is cliche to say a break up or down will happen, though it's important to understand that apex points are great places to plan your position for a break either way.

We see a clear pattern forming bounded by trend lines, and reaching a critical apex soon which will break up or down to the specified regions that indicate major supports and resistances. I always wait for confirmation before entering a swing position to minimize risk. I am no financial adviser, though it is highly recommended from the perspective of an experienced trader.
