Risk is a practice that identifies the probability of an event, factoring in consequences. It is the practice of using processes, methods, and tools to manage risk.  As traders, we look for high probability setups with low risk and high reward. We have to understand that it's not possible to maintain and grow our income if we don't properly manage our risk. This is a basic risk to reward scenario video that I cover to give a fundamental understanding.
