Requesting the recording files format for Easy Sound Recorder to be switch also on .mp3 format other than .mp4
This suggestion article is for **Easy Sound Recorder**.

### Easy Sound Recorder

A simple sound recording app implementing Material Design.

> Recording sound is a way also of recording important reminders and with the used of this open-source application, recording sounds will be more effective.


### My major suggestion
My suggestion is **additional files format that can be chosen as a format carrier to the recorded files which can be switch to .mp3 from .mp4 and vice versa**.

I do have 3 all recorded sounds that was saved in the application but I was confuse because the file format for the saved files is **.mp4**. To think with, the **.mp4** file format is basically use widely for video files. See the proof below which is the screenshot I made from my device.

The fact that the files is sounds, then it fits more in **.mp3** format than to **.mp4** current format. But, the user has own preference and it is more great it the the file format can be switch easily.

### Valid reasons for this suggestion
From the application title itself, **Easy Sound Recorder**, which means the application will just record sounds. Sounds is basically belong to **.mp3** file format and the **.mp4** is for videos. But, .mp4 is acceptable as a sounds carrier, then maybe, adding the .mp3 format that can be switch easily is a good feature so that the user can select their preference of use. I hope the file format that was recorded using the mentioned open-source application will add more format carrier like **.mp3**, since the application recorded is voice. This make sense also, so that the recorded file will be shown also to any *Music Media Players* library.
