Salut à tous, j'adore les bricks et ici une recette toute simple au thon.

Du thon en boîte émietté avec des câpres, du citron confit et des pluches d'aneth

Faire chauffer une bonne quantité d'huile, un bon centimètre de hauteur, l'huile doit être chaude mais non fumante.

Prendre deux feuilles de brick superposée. Répartir le mélande de thon, casser deux oeufs et refermer.

Mettre à cuire tout de suite, la jointure vers le bas pour que la cuisson scelle l'ensemble. Laisser cuire 3 minutes de chaque côté en veillant à ce que la brick de colore pas trop.

Réserver sur du papier absorbant et manger de suite pour avoir tout le croustillant, le blanc de l'oeuf doit être coagulé et le jaune encore liquide.
