 Salut à tous, un petit crumble d'abricots cuits à la poêle avec un peu de miel. Je rajoute un peu de menthe fraîche.  Pour la pâte à crumble c'est comme pour une pâte brisés, du beurre, de la farine que l'on émiette sur une feuille de papier cuisson. Cuire une dizaine de minutes au four, et laisser refroidir.  une fois les abricots un peu caramélisés dans le miel, ajouter la menthe et laisser refroidir. mettre dans un ramequin et recouvrir de pâte à crumble.
