Salut à tous, rien de plus simple que ce poulet à l'estragon.
Faire cuire les blancs de poulet dans un bouillon de légumes.
carottes, céleri, et oignon et de l'estragon bien sur.

Cuisson entre 25 et 30 minutes.

Avec une partie du bouillon faire comme pour une béchamel et rajouter de la crème.

Napper avec la sauce.
