 Salut à tous, une recette simple le poulet basquaise.  poivrons, oignon, tomates, ail, herbes de Provence et blancs de poulet. Emincer tous les ingrédients.  Je commence par faire sauter le poulet que je réserve, et ensuite je fais revenir poivrons et oignon. En fin de cuisson je rajoute la tomate et l'ail. Puis je laisse mijoter avec le poulet, il y a deux écoles, les poivrons encore croquants ou le tout très compoté.  Bonne journée à vous. Toutes les photos présentées sont prises par mes soins.
