Salade au chorizo

Une petite salade avec des pommes de terre, du chorizo et de l'oignon.

Les pommes de terre sont cuites à l'eau salée.

Faire revenir les oignons, baisser le feu et ajouter le chorizo émincé.
Laisser compoter gentiment, les oignons doivent caraméliser, sans bruler bien sur.

Il n'y a plus qu'à composer la salade, avec de la salade, les pommes de terre tièdes coupées en tranches, le chorizo confit. Arroser avec un trait de vinaigre et c'est prêt.
