Smoothie au concombre

Salut à tous, quand j'ai le courage la boisson que je me prépare pour le matin avec du concombre, du citron, du persil et du gingembre frais.

Presser les citrons et peler le concombre avant de le couper.

Mettre le tout dans le mixer avec le persil, le gingembre coupé, quelques glaçons et de l'eau.

Mixer pour obtenir un liquide mousseux.

C'est très bon au goût mais c'est surtout excellent pour la santé il paraît. D'ailleurs il est conseillé de le boire à jeun, et c'est un très bon moyen d'arrêter le café qui lui n'est pas du tout conseillé au réveil, mais plutôt en milieu de matinée.
