 Salut à tous, une tarte au chocolat et aux noisettes, j'utilise de la pâte sablée tout prête. pour la noisette je fais une frangipane avec de la poudre de noisettes à la place de la poudre d'amandes. La ganache est très simple je fais bouillir 25 centilitres de crème fleurette, je casse en carreaux une plaque de chocolat noir, je laisse fondre et un bon coup de fouet pour avoir un mélanger bien lisse.  Je fais cuire ma tarte avec la frangipane aux noisettes pendant environ 20 minutes, attention à la coloration ça va très vite.   Laisser refroidir et couler la ganache par dessus.  Laisser une nuit au réfrigérateur. pour la déco, couper des noisettes en tranches les mettre dans une poêle avec du sucre glace. Quand elles sont caramélisées les étaler sur une planche et laisser refroidir. bonne journée à tous. Toutes les photos présentées sont prises par mes soins.
