**Hi there my Steemian friends and followers!**

As you might have already noticed, I recently decided to make some changes in prizes of my contests. In most contests, challenges and giveaways that I have been hosting on Steem in the past months, SBI shares were the main prize. I used them as the prizes since I liked the idea behind them - the constant support from @steembasicincome and their other accounts for owners of some SBI shares was to motivate the SBI shareholders to posts and engage with community of regular basis.

However, to be honest with you, I am not sure anymore if it really works like that. Also, to me, the support from the SBI accounts seems to be a bit disproportional to the investment required (you need to own a really huge amount of SBI shares to get some regular noticeable support from them). 

Last but not least, there is an increasing number of accounts that have been automatically downvoting all posts upvoted by SBI, which can be another inconvenience for some SBI shareholders.  

Considering all these things, I decided to stop using SBI shares as the prizes for my contests and instead, I am now giving away "hard cash" Steem ;) We will see how this concept goes but I think Steem prizes have always been more attractive to  competitors than SBI shares.

As for the particular value of the prizes, it will differ with the type of the contest or giveaway but generally, the numerical values will probably be a bit lower than they were in SBI shares as my contests very rarely gets any sponsors (as a matter of fact, I remember just one contest where a minor sponsor stepped in with some extra rewards for the competitors) and I always fund the prizes from my own pocket. 

Let me also inform you about a little rule update for my Monday tipping contest. Since I have recently relocated again and I am now in a different time zone, I need to adjust the deadline times. The participants were supposed to submit their tips by Friday 10:00 A.M. CET but now, it will be Friday 11:00 A.M. CET. Analogically, there is a one hour time shift for the tipping day itself too. Instead of Monday 10:00 A.M. CET, it will be Monday 11:00 A.M. I am sure the change will be easily understandable in the next round of the tipping contest.

Ahoj všem v #cesky! 

Dost z vás se (s větší či menší pravidelností) účastní mých soutěží a jelikož jsem v nich teď provedl nějaké změny, přišlo mi fér vám to oznámit, takže proto tahle česká verze ;)

Nejedná se o nic dramatického. Jen jsem se rozhodl trochu pozměnit způsob odměňování. Už nechci dále využívat služeb @steembasicincome, tak se teď u mě místo o SBI podíly soutěží přímo o Steem. 

Celý ten projekt kolem SBI se mi zdál v poslední době čím dál tím méně důvěryhodný. Jejich upvoty se výrazně snížily a začaly chodit dosti nepravidelně. K tomu se navíc objevily účty, které všechny posty upvotované některým z SBI účtů automaticky downvotují. Co jsem tak pozoroval, tak většina z vás s tím má své vlastní zkušenosti, takže asi není třeba to nějak obšírněji rozebírat. Prostě se teď v mých soutěžích hraje o Steem :) Číselná hodnota cen teď bude nejspíš o něco nižší (Steem budu rozdávat z vlastní kapsy, sponzory nemám), ale věřím, že v konečném důsledku budou nové ceny pro soutěžící atraktivnější než před tím. 

Na závěr bych ještě rád upozornil na drobnou změnu u mé pondělní tipovačky. Jedná se o hodinový posun dopředu pro lhůtu na podání tipu (místo pátečních 10:00 to bude 11:00) i pro čas tipované hodnoty Steemu (místo pondělních 10:00 to bude 11:00). Asi to teď nezní úplně srozumitelně, ale věřím, že v příštím kole tipovačky to bude jasné ;)
