Having your senses abused or triggered by artificial systems such as lights, flights, screens, and air-conditioning will tire your mind and body. Taking some time for nature before anything else is essential.

I love the feeling of wind brushing my face. While it can make me restless by blowing everything around, it's a simple thing that puts all my stresses at ease and lets me relax immensely. Nature is one of the greatest comforts to live with, not only for the physical effects but also because living close to an abundant area allows us to have a physical relationship with it with everyday wins and losses.

With my writing experience and curiosity, I enjoy learning how to write about nature. It is one topic where I can say that a writer’s emotionality goes through the roof. Every emotion-laden word the subject evokes awakens something deeper inside of you. You may feel totality in the story you are writing about in nature or sense sadness for not being able to capture this refreshing message in words - its voice is often lost these days.

### Nature is an inspiration

The creative power of nature inspires - after every single one of our days spent recording raindrops on pavement we feel something new and better whenever we remember it. Nature is so powerful, so strong that it cannot be captured merely by observation; rather, it appears to be revealed only when your work becomes a dance with light.

In an ever-shifting world of sounds and images, silence, stillness, and absence become a scarce commodity. The contemporary world is so busy that humans lose touch with peace and solitude which can truly saturate the soul with peace.

The argument is that human life has lost its tranquility while modern man has been overpowered by a sense of toil and stress because of social pressures. Since there are no spiritual teachers anymore, one way to ensure spiritual enlightenment is by spending time alone in nature thinking about oneself as part of something bigger - Our consciousness begins to shake its higher connections as well.

Back then, it should be lived in contemplation of life-wise words made a reality through action on earth." In other words, you must go out into nature’s communion.
