My Joby Gorillapod 5k just arrived so I thought I'd test it out with my 15mm and see how it compares to the gimbal.  Obviously it's not nearly as smooth as my gimbal, which I'll probably use when I'm doing a walking vlog - but for portability, it's an A+ -- I got the most decked out version so it's a lot more pricey than other jobypods.  This thing cost more than most full length 6 footer tripods.  Is it worth it?  In my opinion yes.  There are also several different versions so you can check them out on amazon.  I should probably start doing affiliate links if I'm going to be purchasing all this gear for my dtube vlogs.  I'll get to work on that :)

So yeah, let me know what you guys think in the comments below.  Maybe you have a jobypod?  I've only owned one in the past and it looks like they've gotten much better over the years!
