 *I was in my room, thinking that sweet could make, that it was delicious, but at the same time, different and totally striking.  I consider a lot, that we eat with our eyes first...*

 *I honestly love the way it looks, this bionic type glass gives me a beautiful and clear view of all the layers that make up the dessert.  In addition to that, this type of lid gives me the possibility of adding a wide variety of toppings and they would simply be beautiful and without signs of damage.!*

 *Wait, better written: I love the result!*

 *I tell you that my desire to prepare this type of dessert is due to its particular presentation.  I think it will create a bit of a stir around here...Besides, it seems like a good idea to invest and work.*

 ### *About the dessert and its composition:*
<b></b>

 *Everything you see in desserts, the vast majority I made.  Sure, it took me a couple of days to do it, for time reasons.  However, I am very happy with the whole result.  These desserts feature brownies, alfajores, milk cake, dulce de leche buttercream, oreo buttercream, meringue, and classic syrup.*

 *These types of glasses are 12 ounces, they really equal in quantity to a plastic cup where we commonly see cold cakes.  However, this presentation looks great, it's really eye-catching and spectacular.!*

 *One of the details that we will also have in favor, is that this type of container allows us to bring the buyer a well covered and preserved product.  It is also very practical for the transfer.*

 ## *Tips:*
 <b> </b>

 - *You can prepare the layers per day, that is, the first day prepare the alfajores (they are better in flavor when they are allowed to settle one day) and the brownie.  And, the next day prepare the milk cake (basic cake), buttercream in its variants and what is meringue and syrup.  This same day, assemble the glasses.*

 - *Ideally, by the time of assembly, everything has a good ambient temperature.  Except for buttercream, since it is always better to keep it cold.*

 - *You can also use fruits and include them in the layers and decoration, such as: strawberries or peaches.  For my part, I did not use them because I did not find fresh fruits in my town.  However, I will do my best to do so in the near future.*

 - *When assembling, to each layer of cake I added a basic syrup (made with water, sugar and white vanilla).  This is so that the cake is not dry.  If you like, you can add a few drops of liquor to the syrup.  This will give it a better flavor and will also help to better preserve the cake.  For my part, I do not have any type of liquor for now and therefore I did not use it.*

 - *When assembling, keep in mind that you must alternate between sponge cake and a layer of meringue or perhaps buttercream.  Thus, it is more striking and smoother to consume.*

 - *After assembling, it is good to let the flavors accentuate for a few hours.  This, to enhance flavors and aromas.*

 - *They can also be used to moisten, condensed milk.  Or maybe for final decoration.*

*Sinceramente me encanta el aspecto que tiene, este vaso de tipo biónico me da una vista preciosa y clara de todas las capas que componen el postre. Además de que, este tipo de tapa, me brinda la posibilidad de agregarle una gran variedad de toppings y simplemente quedarían hermosos y sin signos de estropeo.!*

### *Sobre el postre y su composición:*

*Todo lo que ven en los postres, en su gran mayoría las elaboré. Claro, tardé un par de días en ello, por cuestiones de tiempo. Sin embargo me siento muy contenta con todo el resultado. Estos postres tienen brownie, alfajores, queque de leche, buttercream de dulce de leche, buttercream de oreo, merengue y almíbar clásico.*

*También tienen dulce de leche puro, lluvia de chocolate, gelatinas de colores, bombones y galletas tipo oreo.*

*Este tipo de vasos son de 12 onzas, realmente se igualan en cantidad a una taza plástica donde comúnmente vemos las tortas frías. Sin embargo, esta presentación se mira muy bien, es realmente llamativa y espectacular.!*

*Uno de los detalles que también tendremos en pro, es que este tipo de envase nos permite llevar al comprador un producto bien tapado y conservado. Resultando también muy práctico para el traslado.*

## *Tips:*
<b></b>

- *Pueden preparar las capas por día, es decir, el primer día preparar los alfajores (son mejores en sabor cuando se dejan asentar un día) y el brownie.  Y, al otro día preparar el queque de leche (bizcocho básico), buttercream en sus variantes y lo que es el merengue y almíbar. Este mismo día, armar los vasos.*

- *Lo ideal es que para el momento de armado, todo tenga una buena temperatura ambiente.  Exceptuando lo que es la buttercream, puesto que siempre es mejor tenerle en frío.*

- *Pueden usar también frutas e incluirlas en las capas y decoración, tales como: fresas o duraznos. De mi parte, no las usé porque no encontré frutas frescas en mi pueblo. Sin embargo, próximamente haré lo posible por hacerlo.*

- *Al armar, a cada capa de bizcocho le agregué un almíbar básico ( elaborado con agua, azúcar y vainilla blanca). Esto es para que el bizcocho no esté seco. Si gustan, pueden agregarle al almíbar unas gotas de licor. Este, le brindará un mejor sabor y también ayudará a preservar mejor el bizcocho. De mi parte, no tengo ningún tipo de licor por ahora y por ello no lo usé.*

- *Al armar, ten en cuenta que debes alternar entre bizcocho y una capa de merengue o quizás de buttercream. Así, resulta más llamativo y suave al consumir.*

- *Luego de armados, es bueno dejar acentuar los sabores unas horas. Esto, para realzar sabores y aromas.*

- *Pueden usar también para humedecer, leche condensada. O quizás para decoración final.*
