Éste ejercicio es muy eficaz para trabajar nuestro lumbar y abdomen de una manera muy completo y esto se debe al recorrido y la contracción que este mismo provoca en nuestro abdomen a la hora de realizarlo, podría decir que es uno de los ejercicios de abdomen más completos.

Éste ejercicio lo ví hace mucho tiempo y de verdad que cada que entreno abdomen lo utilizo ya que es un ejercicio que trabaja muy bien nuestro lumbar y la zona baja y media de nuestro abdomen. Una locura de ejercicio muy bueno.
