Today I will tell you a little bit about how has been my trajectory in this world of street workout. <center> ------- ------- <center> **Mi Trayectoria** <center> ------ > **My Trajectory** ------- <center>  <center> ------- <div class="text-justify"> A continuación podrán leer un poco de como comenzó todo este camino y como pude superar ciertas cosas que cualquiera pudo o puede vivir en cualquier momento. <center> ------ <div class="text-justify"> > Below you will be able to read a little of how this journey began and how I was able to overcome certain things that anyone could or may experience at any time. ------- ------- <center> **Cómo Comenzó Todo** <center> ------ > **How It All Began** ------- ------- </div> <center>  <center> ------- ------- <div class="text-justify"> Todo comenzó hace años en preparatoria,yo era un chico con sobre peso y veía a mis compañeros haciendo ejercicios, siempre lo intente pero nunca tuve suerte, era muy debil, de hecho intentar sostenerme para hacer un fondo era imposible para mí. Luego conocí a Marcos y a naeyer quienes estaban haciendo ejercicios de "Calistenia" y quise aprender. Cierto día fui a una cancha llamada "la bandera" dónde veía a una persona haciendo giros en un pasamanos y lo primero que pensé fue "Yo quiero hacer eso" entonces le hable a esa persona llamada "Reny Landaeta" y me fue entrenando poco a poco, dando rutinas ya que ni una sola flexión podía hacer. Luego conocí a quien a día de hoy su recuerdo siempre me ayuda a mantenerme de pie y no rendirme. <center> ------ <div class="text-justify"> > It all started years ago in high school, I was an overweight kid and I saw my classmates doing exercises, I always tried but I never had any luck, I was very weak, in fact trying to hold myself to do a bottom was impossible for me. Then I met Marcos and Naeyer who were doing "Calisthenics" exercises and I wanted to learn. > One day I went to a court called "the flag" where I saw a person doing turns on a handrail and the first thing I thought was "I want to do that" then I talked to that person called "Reny Landaeta" and he was training me little by little, giving me routines because I could not do a single flexion. Then I met someone who to this day his memory always helps me to stay on my feet and not give up. ------- ------- <center> **Siempre Creyó En Mi** <center> ------ > **He Always Believed In Me** ------- ------- </div> <center>  <center> ------- ------- <div class="text-justify"> Alejandro Guerra, un veterano de la calistenia quien tenía solo Estáticos pero es una persona muy humilde y solidaria, siempre me daba rutinas, me aconsejaba... Cuando muchas personas solo se burlaban de mi, solo me decían "Para ser bueno acá debes tener explosividad" "No te veo futuro, míralo a él, lleva el mismo tiempo que tú y está más fuerte" realmente me frustraba y entristecía mucho esos comentarios ya que yo me sentía feliz de pasar de 1 flexión a 5 fondos en paralelas. Pero está persona me animaba y siempre me decía "hermano no te rindas, yo creo en ti, tienes pontencial". Gracias a él tengo una voluntad de fuego, lo he demostrado siempre, creo que más que nunca al participar en la nacional cuando recién había sufrido una gran caída. <center> ------ <div class="text-justify"> > Alejandro Guerra, a veteran of calisthenics who had only static but is a very humble and supportive person, always gave me routines, gave me advice .... But this person encouraged me and always told me "brother don't give up, I believe in you, you have potential". > Thanks to him I have a will of fire, I have always shown it, I think more than ever to participate in the nationals when I had just suffered a big fall. ------- ------- <center> **....** <center> ------ > **....** ------- ------- </div> <center>  <center> ------- ------- <div class="text-justify"> Son experiencias y gracias a ellas he aprendido mucho y a tomar distancia de personas que no me suman, personas que critican lo poco que logras sin saber que aunque a esa persona no le cueste para ti es un logro unico. Cómo consejo les recomiendo nunca minimizar a ninguna persona que esté iniciando en el mundo deportivo porque no tienen ni la más mínima idea del esfuerzo que hace cada quien para levantarse y entrenar a pesar de tener mil problemas encima. Debemos recordar que en el caso del street workout el deporte nos hace hermanos y siempre deberíamos apoyarnos, por suerte en SWC cumplimos con eso y todos nos apoyamos entre todos y es increíble. <center> ------ <div class="text-justify"> > They are experiences and thanks to them I have learned a lot and to take distance from people who do not add me, people who criticize the little you achieve without knowing that even if it does not cost that person for you is a unique achievement. As advice I recommend never minimize any person who is starting in the sports world because they do not have the slightest idea of the effort that everyone makes to get up and train despite having a thousand problems on top. > We must remember that in the case of street workout sport makes us brothers and sisters and we should always support each other, luckily in SWC we comply with that and we all support each other and it's amazing. ------- ------- <center> **Mi Camino** <center> ------ > **My Way** ------- ------- </div> <center>  <center> ------- ------- <div class="text-justify"> Después de tantos años nunca había estado tan decidido de saber cuál es mi camino y es este, aquellas personas que me criticaban, minimizaban y se burlaban de mi ahora me ven con admiración ya que nunca me rendí y soy parte de algo grande. No tendré el mejor nivel pero sé que muchos que saben un poco de mi historia los motivo a seguir. Agradezco a todos los que me apoyan y apoyaron desde el principio, es un post de desahogo, nada especial pero lo publicó en esta comunidad y a la cadena de bloques la cual me ha dado esperanzas de tener un futuro como atleta. <center> ------ <div class="text-justify"> > After so many years I had never been so determined to know what my path is and this is it, those people who criticized me, minimized me and made fun of me now see me with admiration because I never gave up and I am part of something big. Vaya bro, es un lindo post el que nos compartes, leer como fueron tus inicios en la Calistenia y nunca te detuvieron lo que decían los demás o que no creyeran en tí, es algo de admirar. 💪🏻 Así debe ser siempre primero estás tú antes que los demás, si desde un principio sentiste felicidad, así fuera por solo poder hacer una flexión, eso es lo que importa, poco a poco esa flexión pasó a ser 5 flexiones, luego 10, después vinieron los fondos y así sucesivamente... Eso se llama progreso, constancia y disciplina, también se llama creer en uno mismo. Te quedó genial la publicación. 💯💪🏻
