Caught the mighty Galactic, with my man Mike Dillon sitting in on the vibes. These guys have been killing it since the 90's. And Mike D is an incredible drummer and musician who has played with loads of A-list acts, as well as led a number of amazing and eclectic bands of his own. (Critters Buggin, Garage a Trois, etc)  I met him when he came played in my little hometown in Virginia, which he did mostly as a favor to a mutual of ours. Afterwards, he would stop in and play a show whenever he was passing through on his way up and down the east coast, and even let me sit in on horn a few times. It's great to see he is still making world class tunes with some of the best groups out there.
