Imagine black pudding  or boudin noir in soup form.   I was here to fetch her so she could stay with my family in Cebu for a long stay vacation. She's retired, still strong in her 80s. That made us more excited.People say waterfalls are at their most stunning after the rain, but not immediately after the rain. The water becomes brown and murky, and the trail muddy and slippery. That’s what we experienced when we got there.The descent to Hulugan Falls was easy and should take around 30 minutes. Small hotels, old houses, narrow streets. It is not a rich city and no resort sought by tourists. It is an ordinary seaside town. That's what I like the most. I like to integrate into the normal life of the inhabitants, even if I know only a few Greek words.
