The Soviet Union is a country where many of us were born. We grew up in those times, and we were all subjected to the same upbringing. We were taught to be passive and not have our own opinions.

We were oppressed and deprived of our individuality from childhood. We were deprived of the opportunity to express our thoughts and feelings, and we were deprived of freedom of choice.

It all started with being forced to wear the same uniform in school. This was not about style, it was a way to subjugate us to a single order. This was the first step towards impersonality.

Then we were forced to join all these organizations: Young Pioneers, Komsomol, etc. Each had its own statutes and rules that we had to follow. This was a way to control our personal growth and suppress our individuality.

Thus, from childhood, we were indoctrinated that we were all the same, that we should not have a personal opinion, that we should not stand out, and that we should just fear and resist any changes.

Another important aspect is the fear of God.

The church claims that all authority comes from God because that is what the biblical teaching states. In the New Testament, there are several mentions that authority and government come from God. For example, in the Epistle to the Romans, the apostle Paul says that "there is no authority except that which God has established" (Romans 13:1). Thus, the church interprets this phrase literally, believing that any authority, be it a king, emperor, or president, receives its authority from God and must rule justly.

However, it should be noted that this teaching is not universally accepted among all Christian denominations. For example, many churches believe that authority comes not from God but from the people, and the government should be accountable to its citizens.

Some critics of the church claim that this teaching has been used as a justification for tyranny and violence by governments and churches in the past. They point to examples where the church supported kings and emperors who oppressed their subjects and killed those who disagreed with them. This is what the Russian church is doing now. However, the church also notes that God judges all people for their actions and that authority has a responsibility to God for its decisions and actions.

You should believe in God, not fear Him!

So throughout our lives, we are intimidated by everything and everywhere.

"When a man gets rid of fear, he liberates his mind and opens up many possibilities that were previously unavailable."

My opinion helps shape my personality. Every person is unique and has their own perspective on the world. By acknowledging and expressing our thoughts, we strengthen our confidence, develop our thinking abilities, and improve our self-esteem. But to do this, we must overcome fear.

Fear turns people into slaves. It restricts our actions and thoughts, forces us to hide our true feelings and opinions. Ultimately, we lose our individuality and become dependent on others, which leads to negative consequences in our lives.

Fear is one of the most destructive emotions that can take hold of a person. When we live in fear, we become slaves to ourselves. We are afraid to change our lives, even if they do not bring us satisfaction. We become accustomed to our limitations and deprivations, so we don't even notice how life passes us by.

People who live in constant fear don't really live, they exist. They limit themselves and their possibilities, miss important moments in life, and don't experience true satisfaction and joy.

Fear prevents us from realizing our potential and dreams. We are afraid to lose our security and comfort, even if it means that we are living a life that doesn't give us pleasure. We refuse new opportunities and risks that could lead us to success and happiness.

When we live in fear, we don't notice how quickly time passes. We spend our lives not achieving our goals and not fulfilling our dreams. We allow fear to control our lives and prevent us from enjoying each day.

We still can't get rid of the fear and submission that were instilled in us from childhood. We still fear expressing our opinions and fear not being slaves. But if we want to live in a free society, we must learn to speak and act in accordance with our beliefs. We must understand that our opinion matters and that we must be ready to defend it. We must stop being afraid and start living our lives.

And finally, we shouldn't pay attention to what people think of us. It's only a reflection of their opinion, which may be wrong or incomplete. By expressing our thoughts and opinions, we may evoke different emotions in people, but that should not stop us from seeking the truth and expressing ourselves.
