[주간국제경제] 무역전쟁, 그만 좀 하자!

이번주 최대의 화두는 미국과 중국의 무역전쟁 재점화였습니다. 한동안 잘 지낼 것 처럼 하더니 도대체 왜 또..

## 미중 무역전쟁, 재점화?

- 미국, 중국산 첨단제품 대상으로 추가 관세 부과키로
- 즉각 대응에 나선 중국, 미국산 659개 품목에 관세 25% 부과키로
- 트럼프, 또다시 2,000억 달러 규모 중국산 수입품에 10% 관세 부과 지시

화해를 좀 했나 싶었더니 또다시 치고박고 난리도 아닙니다. 미국이 추가 관세 지시하고 중국은 보복관세 부과하고, 미국은 또 보복관세 때리고..

덕분에 안그래도 힘든 신흥국들에게 글로벌 불확실성 증가는 역시 위험자산 회피 현상으로 다가옵니다. 다시 말해 신흥국들 더 힘들어 진다는 이야기지요. 

## 치솟는 원달러 환율

- 6월들어 40원 가까이 오른 원달러 환율, 1달러 당 1,112.50원으로 마감
- 미중 무역전쟁, 한미 기준금리 차 확대 등 다양한 원화 약세 원인 존재
- 원화약세는 더 큰 원화약세를 불러 일으킬 수도

6월 들어 원달러 환율이 치솟고 있습니다. 사실 원달러가 오르면 좋은 점이 두가지가 있습니다.

1. 수출업체들의 상대적인 가격하락
2. 글로벌 투자자금 유입 기대

수출이 하드캐리 하고 있는 한국의 경제구조상 한국산 제품의 상대적인 가격하락은 완전히 환영이고, 같은 달러 양으로 더 많은 원화를 구입할 수 있기에 글로벌 투자자금 유입을 기대할 수 있습니다.

그런데 이건 한국의 경제 상황이 좋을 때 이야기고.. 현재 글로벌 증시 호황(특히 선진국 위주로)에서 한국을 포함한 몇몇 치고 나가지 못하는 국가들에게는 그닥 좋아 보이지는 않는 상황입니다. 

한국이 성장통을 제대로 겪고 있는 것 같아요.

## 글로벌 석유 생산국, 하루 100만 배럴 증산에 합의

- 2018년 6월 22일, OPEC 회원국 + 비회원국 회의 개최
- 7월부터 하루 생산량 100만 배럴 증산에 극적 합의
- 미국, 중국과 인도 등, "공급 부족이 세계 경제에 타격을 줄 수도"
- 사우디아라비아가 증산에 부정적인 이란 설득에 성공한듯

국제 유가가 야금야금 오르더니 배럴당 70달러 수준까지 올라왔죠? 조금만 더 있으면 아주 예전 수준인 배럴당 100달러 수준에 근접 할 줄 알았는데, 증산 합의가 이루어졌네요. 그것도 OPEC 회원국과 비회원국까지.

글로벌 원유 최대 수요국들이 더 생산 해달라는 것 보니 글로벌 경제는 나쁘지 않은가 봅니다.
