Desde cambiar nuestros hábitos alimenticios por dieta saludable, ejercitarnos, adquirir disciplina y aprender a controlar y equilibrar nuestras emociones. Todo con un propósito, ser más saludable y darle a nuestro cuerpo ese cambio que queríamos.

Han transcurrido 90 días de mi participación en este reto. Logré llegar hasta el final y cumplir con mi meta. Lo que me llena de mucha satisfacción y alegría. Fueron tres meses de mucho aprendizaje gracias a la interacción entre todos los participantes. Donde a pesar de los altos y bajos siempre se ha mantenido el enfoque de lograr nuestro propósito.

El cuerpo ideal es único para cada persona, cada quien tiene sus características particulares,  así como el tiempo y el proceso para lograrlo. Cada quien ha luchado contra todas esas limitantes que impedían acercarnos a una vida saludable. Pero estoy segura que de manera general todos estamos conformes y satisfechos de los resultados que hemos obtenido en cada uno de los lapsos de este reto.

>It has been 90 days of my participation in this challenge. I made it to the end and accomplished my goal. This fills me with great satisfaction and joy. They were three months of much learning thanks to the interaction between all the participants. Despite the ups and downs, we have always kept the focus on achieving our purpose.
The ideal body is unique for each person, everyone has their own particular characteristics, as well as the time and process to achieve it. Each one of us has fought against all those limitations that prevented us from getting closer to a healthy life. But I am sure that in general we are all satisfied and satisfied with the results we have obtained in each of the periods of this challenge.

<H3>Mi meta y estrategia para cumplir con el reto/ My goal and strategy to meet the challenge</H3>

Mi objetivo principal establecido fue disminuir las medidas de mi abdomen, 5 cm específicamente. Para lograrlo, considerando mi condiciones físicas y los malos hábitos alimenticios, mi plan estuvo proyectado a realizar solo ejercicios cardiovasculares de bajo impacto y abdominales y una dieta baja en carbohidratos y dulces. Y esto fue lo que me esforcé para llevar a cabo y lo que me permitió lograr mi objetivo.

>My main goal was to reduce the size of my abdomen, 5 cm specifically. To achieve this, considering my physical conditions and bad eating habits, my plan was projected to perform only low-impact cardio and abdominal exercises and a low-carb and low-sweet diet. And this is what I strived to do and what allowed me to achieve my goal.


<H3>Mis medidas actuales/ My current measurements</H3>
Luego de 90 días de dedicación y fortalecimiento de amor propio mis medidas son, abdomen 82  cm, cadera 98 cm, peso 61 kg, muñeca 15cm.

Logré reducir 10 cm de mi abdomen, el doble de mi meta. Resultado que me alegra muchísimo y espero mantener. El mejorar mis hábitos alimenticios fue clave para éste resultado positivo. Así que no solo logré disminuir ésta área de mi cuerpo como lo anhelaba, logré bienestar físico y emocional. Me siento bien con mi nuevo estilo de alimentación, con ejercitarme, mi cuerpo está más fortalecido, con más energía, inclusive me siento más ágil. Además que la ansiedad y el estrés disminuyeron notablemente. 

>I managed to reduce 10 cm of my abdomen, double my goal. A result that I am very happy about and hope to maintain. Improving my eating habits was key to this positive result. So not only did I manage to reduce this area of my body as I desired, I achieved physical and emotional well being. I feel good with my new eating style, with exercising, my body is stronger, with more energy, I even feel more agile. In addition, my anxiety and stress decreased noticeably.

Siguiendo con el protocolo es necesario para hacer seguimiento de nuestro avance tomar las medidas específicas de la estatura, muñeca, abdomen, y junto a otros datos adicionales introducirlos en la Calculadora en Línea de Dieta de la Zona donde obtenemos los resultados de las condiciones físicas generales del cuerpo, como masa corporal, entre otros.

>Continuing with the protocol it is necessary to track our progress by taking specific measurements of height, wrist, abdomen, and along with other additional data enter them into the Zone Diet Online Calculator where we obtain the results of the general physical conditions of the body, such as body mass, among others.

Los resultados finales en la Calculadora en línea son satisfactorios, complexión delgada, IMC normal, pasé de ser una persona sedentaria a realizar ejercicios en promedio de 3 veces por semana.

>The final results on the online calculator are satisfactory, slim build, normal BMI, I went from being a sedentary person to exercising an average of 3 times a week.


Mi proceso fue gradual, avanzando paso a paso de acuerdo a mis condiciones particulares, lo que ha permitido que los nuevos hábitos saludables se  fueran estableciendo sin ningún force, por el contrario, con disfrute.

Es muy importante tomar en cuenta nuestras condiciones físicas y comportamiento de nuestro organismo y salud  para llevar a cabo un plan exitoso para obtener  cambios sólidos y satisfactorios.
