My Run on The [TOXIC] Community Hosted Tournament

## <center>The Tournament</center>
The rules state that you need to win with at least 2 different gods per round and the decks must be constructed with only common and rare's with only the Welcome Set being the exception. I tried to go with a more mid-range approach with both Light and Nature as they have the potential to create a large board presence early on while still being able to deal with what the opponent can put through with cards like Lights' Levy and Canopy Barrage.

As for War, I went with a simple Aggro deck you can find anywhere on the ranked ladder right now. With how much damage output this guy can give going either 1st or 2nd with only being limited to commons and rares it is not surprising how it is the most popular way to play for new players.

Lastly Magic, I made this deck only to counter War in general where if I didn't face it on the 1st game and I have lost there would be a great chance that my opponent would be using it as their 2nd god to finish the game quickly. I just jammed in as many spells that I can put with defensive options like Guild Enforcer to hopefully make me stabilize in the mid-late game.

#### <center> Round 1</center>
I won my 1st round 2-1, Through the matches both me and my opponent had scheduled we experienced a lot of technical issues while playing that made us have to redo a bunch of games but I still clutched out a win making me move on to the next round.

#### <center> Round 2</center>
I lost the round 2-0, I was heavily on the back end during the later parts of the match in both games as I mulligan my hands for lower mana cards to contest the board early on but instead played all my resources and heavily relied on draws during the rest of the game. ## <center> Thoughts </center>
I really thought I would perform better than a Round 2 finish but oh well you can't win them all I suppose. Still had a good time in strategizing and theory crafting the decks I made for the tournament which is an upside. I hope more tournaments will be made in a Pauper Format like this in the future so that there would be an incentive for new players to try out and join instead of getting stomped in the 1st round usually by legendaries and epics.
