Nosov is a "formal language" pasigraphy. Nosov has it's own mnemonic alphabet and intuitive ergonomic keyboard, CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY! Nosov maybe used to data entry code and program in any programming language that cares to integrate it. The numbers in Nosov are octadecimal (base 8) but there are decimal (base 10) and numeral typeface fonts as well for the Luddites. The internet and blockchain will foster the evolution of the template tables. Algorithmic support and speech recognition software will parlay Nosov into the natural language realm.
