FROM HESITATION TO DETERMINATION THRU HIVE-AN INTRODUCTION

Behind the smiles are some untold stories that might inspire others once revealed. My name is WILLIAM and I'm from southern part of Cebu. I'M 18 years old, and now at 18 I somehow figured out what life is. Adulting is not funny at all. Though If I have one thing I am proud of, I managed it all alone. All the sacrifice and sleepless nights will all be paid off, maybe not now but soon. I'm a working student and a fisherman in weekend because I have no family. Despite those difficulties in life I never give up and never surrendered. I still smiled and continued to be glad despite all these odds. I know I am still far from what I supposed to be, but the good thing here is I am on the process. I am moving. I am surviving.

Im the man who earns my bread by fishing. Fishing is challenging, though interesting to somebody. Im the one who live by fishing. I catches fish in the rivers, haors, beels, canals, ponds, ditches, and seas. Off and on fishes being in a group. I am generally live in my own in the villages in the province near the water. I have no nets and boats of my own. I works day and night in the weekend. I remains busy in making and repairing fishing nets and boats, and in dying and painting them. My life becomes risky.

Being a working student is challenging. I have to do my best while on the job, then come home and take my classes, which include homework and lots of studying. I need to be motivated to stay on track while also keeping a positive outlook.
There are a variety of reasons of me while I'm in school, including gaining professional experience to help prepare myself for my career after graduation and to earn my own money so I can learn how to budget and pay for my expenses independently.
Being a working student in college can feel like an insurmountable amount of work. Long shifts at late hours, tough customers, scrutinizing managers, and homework stress are all struggles that Im facing while balancing work and school.
Balancing my work life and studies can be quite hard. Work is exhausting and demanding. I need to spend about 8 to 12 hours working and by the time i get home, I feel depleted.
I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive towards. I am not comfortable with settling, and I am always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness.
