##### Hola amigos de esta gran comunidad Hive, llegando al día doce de este reto de blog. <center>![Mis Habitos saludables Healthy habits.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmfFj8CoCM4qUdUdTsWY3eQa9ei7Xz4Pg41ux6HVXVXqEa/Mis%20Habitos%20saludables%20Healthy%20habits.jpg)</center> He tratado de mantener en mi vida, ciertas costumbres que son saludables no solo para el cuerpo sino también para la mente, para el espíritu, porque considero que son también muy importantes, como dicen Mente sana, cuerpo sano. La frase original en latín es *Orandum est ut sit mens sāna in corpore sano*’ que se traduce como, Oremos por una mente sana en un cuerpo sano’ y tiene que ver con el cultivo de la mente, el cuerpo y el alma para alcanzar el equilibrio. Los hábitos saludables que más practico tienen que ver con la alimentación, la ejercitación del cuerpo y la meditación. ### Alimentación <div class="text-justify">Trato de consumir una alimentación balanceada, aunque a veces por las circunstancias se desbalancea un poco hacia los carbohidratos. Pero en general consumo frutas, vegetales, proteína vegetal y animal, carbohidratos y grasas en menor cantidad, aunque me encantan algunas comidas fritas como las arepas, los plátanos y los huevos.</div> <center>![separador de tomates.png](https://images.hive.blog/DQmSK1DiXqYvEjK3SPUVEe2cHnKkwyfaLoD5KVriR2zJYXJ/separador%20de%20tomates.png)</center> # *El agua es muy importante porque es vital para los procesos del cuerpo. Me he puesto como meta tomarme 8 vasos de agua al día y llevo la cuenta en una tabla diariamente* ### Ejercitación <div class="text-justify">Me gusta hacer ejercicios y por etapas he tratado de mantener una rutina, me he inscrito en gimnasios pero luego por diversas razones lo he abandono debo reconocerlo, aunque camino diariamente lo suficiente para mantener el cuerpo activo. Había comenzado a correr y hacer una rutina de ejercicios en un parque que queda cerca de mi casa, pero la pandemia me afecto y debo retomarlo. Me gusta hacer zumba porque es muy divertido y lo he practicado y también programas de ejercicios de tonificación y yoga. Pero creo que lo que más me gusta es el aerobic, la bailoterapia y correr. </div> ### Meditación <div class="text-justify">La meditación hay que practicarla, no es fácil aislarse de tantos pensamientos que tenemos en nuestra mente y alcanzar ese estado de quietud y de conectarnos con nuestro ser interior, pero vale la pena hacerlo diariamente. Esos minutos que dedicamos a relajarnos, nos hacen mucho bien.</div> # <div class="text-justify">Para alcanzar un estado de meditación adecuado y aprender a hacerlo, he leído algunos libros y he realizado algunos talleres, me encantan los de Depak Chopra, donde con su voz te va llevando a un estado de relajación, donde sientes paz y quietud. Son excelentes se los recomiendo. The healthy habits that I practice the most have to do with food, body exercise and meditation. ### Food <div class="text-justify">I try to eat a balanced diet, although sometimes due to circumstances it gets a little unbalanced towards carbohydrates. I have set a goal of drinking 8 glasses of water a day and I keep track of it on a daily chart .* ### Exercise <div class="text-justify">I like to exercise and in stages I have tried to maintain a routine, I have joined gyms but then for various reasons I have abandoned it I must admit, although I walk enough daily to keep the body active. I had started to run and do an exercise routine in a park near my house, but the pandemic affected me and I must take it up again. I like to do zumba because it is so much fun and I have practiced it and also toning and yoga exercise programs. But I think what I like most is aerobics, dance therapy and running. </div> ### Meditation <div class="text-justify">Meditation has to be practiced, it is not easy to isolate oneself from so many thoughts that we have in our mind and reach that state of stillness and to connect with our inner self, but it is worth doing it daily. Those minutes that we dedicate to relax, do us a lot of good. Hola, que bonito lo que escribes. Yo medito hace muchos años y debo decir que me ayuda muchísimo en el dia a dia. Lo más común es que cuando iniciamos en el mundo de la meditación, nos pasen infinitos pensamientos por la cabeza que no nos dejan concentrarnos y meditar como quisiéramos. Una buena técnica y hasta graciosa, es que cuando van a meditar, piensen que mientras meditas, hay un mono con un sombrero rojo, verás que tu mente "sólo verá" a un mono con sombrero rojo, de esa manera la mente se centrará en 1 sóla cosa, en este caso un mono con sombrero rojo... luego la mente se irá entrenando a mantenerse enfocada en 1 sola cosa, lo ideal es que con práctica se centre en la respiración sin pensamientos externos. Un abrazo muy grande de corazón.

Hola, muchas gracias por tu comentario y por esa técnica para ayudar en la meditación, la voy a probar porque a mi me cuesta liberarme de los pensamientos , tambien he leido que hay que dejarlos pasar, pero cuando son muchos se hace difícil. Un abrazo y muchas bendiciones
