Definitivamente me identifico con el héroe. Creo que los villanos aparte de molestar a los demás, deberían aprender que el bien siempre triunfa sobre el mal y dejar de ser villanos y pasarse para el bando de los héroes y así el mundo estaría mejor. Pero como este mundo no es perfecto y existe esa dualidad, hay que lidiar con los villanos para   disminuir sus poderes.

 I definitely identify with the hero. I think that villains, apart from bothering others, should learn that good always triumphs over evil and stop being villains and go over to the heroes' side and then the world would be better off. But as this world is not perfect and that duality exists, we have to deal with the villains to diminish their powers.

En mi vida existen muchos héroes pero los que más admiro son los que están muy cercanos, en mi corazón.

Mi primer héroe fue mi papa, siempre tan responsable y fuerte. El era muy valiente, no tenia miedo y eso a mi me parecía asombroso. Si alguien molestaba  a mi mamá o a nosotras, mi papa a pesar de su pequeño tamaño se les enfrentaba. Había practicado boxeo y llego a ser campeón de peso mosca. Claro que lo abandono cuando decidió tener una familia. Y vaya que tuvo una muy grande: su amada  esposa y  seis hijas.

In my life there are many heroes but the ones I admire the most are those who are very close to me, in my heart.

My first hero was my dad, always so responsible and strong. He was very brave, he was fearless and that was amazing to me. If anyone bothered my mom or us, my dad, despite his small size, would stand up to them. He had practiced boxing and became a flyweight champion. Of course, he gave it up when he decided to have a family. And he had a big one: his beloved wife and six daughters.

Mis otros héroes son mis hijos,  ellos tienen la fortaleza física y espiritual que les ha permitido sobreponerse a las circunstancias y salir victoriosos. Su superpoder es el amor y aún cuando a veces se sienten debilitados, logran  recuperar sus fuerzas y seguir adelante.  La unión familiar es una de sus fortalezas.  

El deseo de ayudar a la familia les impulso a irse mas allá de nuestras fronteras y tres de ellos  permanecen en otros países, separados por kilómetros de distancia, no ha sido fácil pero han logrado vencer el temor y la soledad y se han fortalecidos. 

Mis dos hijas que permanecen acá en Venezuela, tambien han tenido que ser fuertes y tomar decisiones para continuar resistiendo sin perder la esperanza, la alegría y algo muy importante la solidaridad, el deseo de ayudar.  Ellas tambien son mis heroínas.

My other heroes are my children, they have the physical and spiritual strength that has allowed them to overcome circumstances and emerge victorious. Their superpower is love and even when they sometimes feel weakened, they manage to regain their strength and move forward.  Family unity is one of their strengths.  

The desire to help the family pushed them to go beyond our borders and three of them remain in other countries, separated by kilometers of distance, it has not been easy but they have managed to overcome fear and loneliness and have become stronger. 
My two daughters who remain here in Venezuela have also had to be strong and make decisions to continue resisting without losing hope, joy and something very important, solidarity, the desire to help.  They are also my heroines.

Mi hermana Magaly fue y sigue siendo mi heroína favorita,  su amor por las personas, su valentía y su deseo de ayudar a otros la hizo ser bombero y paramédico, al servicio de los demás. Hoy no se encuentra en esta vida, pero sus enseñanzas están siempre presentes en mi corazón.

My sister Magaly was and still is my favorite heroine, her love for people, her courage and her desire to help others made her a firefighter and paramedic, in the service of others. Today, she is no longer in this life, but her teachings are always present in my heart.

Creo que cada uno de nosotros tiene un héroe dentro de si,  que no ha  manifestado sus poderes, están dormidos, quizás esperando la oportunidad de revelarse, cuando las circunstancias así lo ameritan.   

Por eso en mi país los héroes  se han multiplicado en los hogares, en las escuelas, en los hospitales, en el campo y en cada calle, pueblo y ciudad y más allá de nuestras fronteras, porque han asumido resistir  con mucho valor y esperanza, en contra de  los villanos que han maltratado a  nuestro país.

I believe that each one of us has a hero within, who has not manifested his or her powers, they are dormant, perhaps waiting for the opportunity to reveal themselves, when circumstances warrant it.   That is why in my country heroes have multiplied in homes, in schools, in hospitals, in the countryside and in every street, town and city and beyond our borders, because they have taken it upon themselves to resist 
against the villains who have mistreated our country.

***Por eso en mi país los héroes se han multiplicado en los hogares, en las escuelas, en los hospitales, en el campo y en cada calle, pueblo y ciudad y más allá de nuestras fronteras, porque han asumido resistir con mucho valor y esperanza, en contra de los villanos que han maltratado a nuestro país.***

Esto es así, somos personas que hemos asumido el reto con mucho valor y esperanza y en cada uno de nosotros habita un héroe por la forma como hemos afrontado la situación que de una u otra forma nos golpea a todos. Mis dos hijos también están fuera y muy jóvenes para lo que les ha tocado vivir en ser extranjeros...seguiremos con nuestros héroes y heroínas.

Hola @mercmarg, gracias por tu comentario.  Asi es, sobre todo los jóvenes han tenido que asumir muchas cosas, es doloroso para los padres verlos partir, pero con la fe de que estén bien y  la esperanza de verlos otra vez.
