I am still in Amsterdam and I've successfully executed the first steps of my mission in HiveFest⁷. (Chapter II)
<div class="text-justify">

***Erm...*** where we did left it off the last week with this fascinating, captivating and descriptive [story](https://hive.blog/hive-164166/@por500bolos/alright-i-am-already-in-amsterdam-and-i-have-my-own-plans-for-hivefest-chapter-i) of intrigue, suspense and terror throughout my adventures and misadventures wandering alone with mischievous intentions and rehearsing in my mind beforehand all my iniquitous & devilish steps to develop in HiveFest⁷ while I was deeply snooping across every corner of Amsterdam in search of possible victims and points of attack to carry out my incognito mission abroad impeccably?

Uhm... well... *Oh yeah!* ...I think we left it where I said that I already knew the city like the palm of my hand! ¿Isn't it? ¿Huh? **¡I dunno!** So, let's click the link above to verify if I'm right!

<center><a href="https://www.youtube.com/hivefest"><img src="https://hivefe.st/assets/opengraph2022.jpg" alt="HiveFest⁷"/></a></center>

Well, the only certain thing that I can tell you at the moment. It's that these last two days abroad have been a bit hectic. Yeah, very restless, busy, vibrant and frantic to tell the truth. Since even though I already had almost everything very well planned, it never takes too long for an inconvenience to appear or some unexpected event that forces you to modify your plans on the go in order to ensure even greater success.

The first inconvenience that I found out. It was the fact that the vast majority of the chaps I was stalking at the doors and in the vicinity of the VolksHotel to kidnap them and steal their credentials to be able to enter the HiveFest⁷ conferences and events.

Most of these chaps were already well-known faces within the ecosystem. Either, because they have attended the [previous festivals](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DVa1LNXCvO4) before or because they often have published photos with their funny faces in their own posts and some have even published one or another occasional Vlog in these posts too. And thus, people already knew and know them pretty well, including even their voice. Which made that my task of trying to impersonating them and usurping their identity were just a little more complicated than necessary. *But thank goodness that I'm a very cautious bloke. };)*

As is logical, I had already considered ruling out hijacking and impersonating to any of those lads who were already scheduled to make a live presentation or something odd during the conferences. Oh yeah, of course. It's not like I was going to risk it and I was going to have to work more than necessary to preserve my privacy and my anonymity thru the conferences by giving a masterful exposition on the subjects to be presented even if nobody would be able to understand it. *As is often the case with most of my posts.* And then, later, by simple deduction and association of ideas, they could discover what could be the true identity of this daredevil exhibitor. Hahahaha

***Nope! Nah! No way! As I've said before, I am an extremely cautious bloke!***

Consequently, it took me longer than expected to choose the right victim for my sophisticated purposes while maintaining my incognito condition to the maximum.

And as almost always happens in these cases. The muses, goddesses and the gods of the daring and renegades always come to the rescue to lend us a hand whenever we need it.

Standing right there and in the middle of my not-so-well-appreciated stalking and reconnaissance activity through the surroundings of the VolksHotel. Suddenly and out of nowhere, was that an unexpected and formidable struck of luck came to hit me strongly and reward my extraordinary attentiveness and good memory to end the stalking phase finally choosing the most appropriate victim to complete the rest of the mission.

**¡Holy Cow!** you will not believe it! I suspect that neither you nor I could have imagined with who I was going to run into in Amsterdam just in those moments of great tribulation to make the best decision in that essential phase of the operation.

Because believe it or not, thanks to my prodigiously good memory and my exuberant attention and acute observation of details. I came to stumble upon in the spot and immediately identify none other than Ned Scott who was also there in Amsterdam trying to go unnoticed and highly incognito trying to attend to HiveFest too.

Yeah, he was smart enough to disguise himself very well and hide his identity as much as possible. He had camouflaged himself very well within the crowd wearing a Ramones t-shirt and jeans, a pair of dirty and jaded white sneakers, a very [colorful hoodie](https://images.hive.blog/DQmdxxuefwAdkvL8NQFELzBaogskg2AeSeSd6B6XNSRm9rL/NedScottGuitarrist.jpg) that I could rescue easily from the depths of my old hypothalamus, a dark backpack on which you could clearly see the faces of the Sex Pistols stamped and a cap on his head with The Clash logo obviously to hide his famous and already well-known hairstyle.

And even when he also wore an apparently false beard almost as long, bushy and luxuriant as that of [Zebedee.](https://images.hive.blog/768x0/https://images.ecency.com/DQmWc1KVDbVTDrNEkcZTfRQznTg6RQtiN32enUHpE6MYFdy/img_0.49140402275896616.jpg) None of those dirty tricks were effective enough to throw me off. His way of walking and carrying himself through the crowd gave him away.

And since I saw that he already had hanging from his arms the blue Ecency & the red Hive [bags](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/livinguktaiwan/EpA4RH2msxAGGrJzSTSfFZ4Z4Ed3Zbj5LrWXvG4FbX9HvvRz3qTL8kmwmFK7q91KVZv.jpg) with the goodies from HiveFest⁷. That was already enough evidence that right in there I would find the credentials I needed to steal to enter to the conferences free of charge.

So without wasting another second. I got ready to approach him and tackle him hiding a bit my wicked smile to confirm my hunch and the suspicions that he was indeed Ned. Exercising pure & good social engineering to the extreme, it didn't take me long to identify him and verify without the slightest doubt that it was indeed him.

Because believe it or not. After talking to him for a while, he suddenly started talking to me as if he were singing to me while playing his guitar. Right there in that instant, it was when all my doubts dissipated and I decided to invite him to have a refreshing drink nearby to clear a bit our throats and *continue our friendly talk.*

Hardly was going to imagine the poor Ned that I already had the scopolamine ready in a jar to pour a little of it into his drink and snatch from him the blue and red bags with the goodies and his HiveFest⁷ credentials without resistance and without causing him any damage since he was not even going to remember what has been happened.

Once this first part of the plan was accomplished. I said goodbye to him with a big hug and left him resting peacefully in his temporary and sudden nebula at the table where we were sitting drinking our *refreshing* beverages. And immediately afterwards, I went to a quiet and safe place to review closely and minutely the contents of the bags and plan the subsequent steps of my so far successful mission.

*I have to point out and acknowledge that Ned was much more astute than I had thought to hide his identity and try to go unnoticed by maintaining his anonymity and incognito status when he went to withdraw his credentials with the conferences tickets as well as for the rest of the activities throughout the entire event.*

Oh yeah! he is indeed a witty guy that unintentionally wanting, he greatly facilitated my work to preserve my own anonymity and guarantee even further the success of my stealthy and furtive incognito mission within the festival. Since to register as a festival attendee, he used one of his many unknown alt accounts in the Hive blockchain with a username with which not even his own mum would recognize him.

***¡Wadda splendorous luck just I've had!*** *...I thought to myself.*

But of course, as I said before, Im sure that all this has been nothing more than the tidy work of the muses, the goddesses and the gods who always protect us the misfits, the outcasts and daring renegades who are always on a constant mission of go everywhere sowing and spreading awareness and good judgment among all sort of big crowds.

Well, I'm well aware and I have already realized that this astounding [story](https://hive.blog/hive-164166/@por500bolos/alright-i-am-already-in-amsterdam-and-i-have-my-own-plans-for-hivefest-chapter-i) with my adventures through the Netherlands is gonna lead me to have to write more chapters than I had originally planned and announced a week ago. Perhaps an absorbing story with three or four chapters instead of the only two that I had previously anticipated.

Since with all these unexpected and lucky surprises that I have found so far. I have no doubt that I will have much more to tell you as long as everything goes as well as frankly it has happened so far. And undoubtedly, I will see myself forced to continue narrating the surprising events with so much verbiage, thrill and pleasure as today.

So, the only thing I'm going to allow myself to reveal you now. In order to keep you there still expectant clinging on the edge of your seat eating your nails with unbearable suspense while you wait that I publish the **third chapter** of this incredible story.

It's just to tell you that everything has gone smoothly, without inconveniences nor difficulties of any kind during these first two days of the festival. And that without allowing that anyone had been able to scan the QR code of my stolen ID badge.

You can bet that I indeed, I actually have scanned without fail the QR code of all those inattentive individuals to whom I have already sown the seeds of the fundamental logic of the universe and to whom I have also taken photos during their transcendental transformation in the process without them even noticing.

Yes, of course, of course. I promise that for the next chapters of this story, I will try to illustrate it a little more and better with an abundance of photos, snapshots and graphical evidences of the real-time transformations of these esteemed individuals.

As you will understand, I still couldn't publish them today without alerting the current victims already sown, compromising a bit the next plans to execute and probably risking also the integrity and totality of the rest of the mission. So I just ask for a little patience.

That no later than Monday, when everything here has already concluded and there is no danger of ruining the mission due to unnecessary imprudences. Then, you certainly would have the chance of enjoying and delight yourself big time with a highly graphic, detailed and audiovisual report with the entire chronology of the events. ***¡Just patience folks! ;o)***

Hahahahaha hilarious! I wouldn't have thought to try and get into HIVEfest for free. QR-codes. All nice and all but when not using a system that keeps track if one is already used or not, it doesn't really make sense to actually use them. And the Ned story. Is this real? Or a more imaginative story? Did Ned indeed attend HIVEfest? Nobody caught him in the act?

@lisfabian ·
Today I posted on our laughing community, I promised myself that if I saw one of your posts again, I would not stop to snoop around, I would keep on going because then the dream would scare me away, well, it was not so, I fell into your nets again.
I read everything, everything, everything and everything.

I think we have a lot of loose and crazy people still. I love this community since it serves as a catharsis for many, I imagine that many psychiatrists are resting, it makes me feel good, since we have nothing better than being crazy and loose.

I look forward to the next chapter of this festival. Ha,ha,ha,ha thanks for bringing this step by step of this that I no longer understand, but I will keep up to date with your news. I hope someday you will discover it and give it an award @por500bolos
