<p>안녕하세요. @Positioner입니다.오늘은 흥미로운 포스팅을 해보려고 합니다.</p>
<p>바로 프랑스 파리에 있으며 전 세계 관광객들의 사랑을 받고 있는 에펠탑에 관한 내용입니다. 누구나 에펠탑을 방문하는 관광객이라면 셀카를 비롯해 인생사진을 많이 찍으시죠? 저도 에펠탑이 너무 좋아서 사진을 많이 찍었고 지난 유럽여행 포스팅에서 간단히 낯의 에펠탑 사진을 업로드하였습니다.</p>

<p>그런데 파리의 상징이기도 한 에펠탑에 혹시 저작권이 있다는 사실 알고 계신가요?</p>
<p>원래 저작권은 나라마다 다르긴 하지만 원 저작권자의 사망 후 70년까지도 보호받는다고 합니다. 현재 낯<strong>의 에펠탑의 모습은 70년이 지나서 문제가 없지만 문제는 밤의 에펠탑</strong>입니다. 제가 유럽여행을 가서도 꼭 빼놓지 않고서 본 것중 하나가 바로 야경인데요. 에펠탑의 경우에도 그냥 조명이 켜진 것만 해도 예쁜 모습인데 특별한 기념일마다 변하는 조명은 가히 상상을 초월할 정도로 깊은 매력을 뽐내는 조형물입니다.</p>
<p>다만 <strong>에펠탑의 야경을 감상할 수 있도록 조명이 설치된 시기가 사후 70년이 지나지 않아 현재까지도 저작권은 유효</strong>합니다. 실제로 에펠탑 조명에 대한 저작권을 소유한 SETE는 낯 사진의 경우 마음대로 사용 가능하나 야간 조명사진일 경우 개인 SNS에 올려도 상업적일 경우 프랑스 저작권법에 따라 처벌을 받는다고 공지를 하기도 했습니다. 실제로 홈페이지에서 위의 사항들을 찾아보았지만 제가 못 찾은 건지 아니면 삭제된 것인지 확인은 못하였으니 참고하시기 바랍니다.</p>
<p>그렇다면 진짜로 SNS에 올리면 처벌을 받을까요??유튜브, 카페, 블로그 등에 검색을 통해 확인한 결과 많은 곳에서 야간 조명사진을 볼 수 있었고 상업적인지 비 상업적인지는 구분도 힘들고 실제로 이에 관한 사례는 없습니다. 그렇다고 무작정 사진과 영상을 업로드하기 보다는 저작권 유효기간이 지나지 않은 만큼 조심하는 것이 좋겠죠?</p>
