GRAPES COMES IN DIFFERENT SHAPES AND VERY GOOD FOR YOU

I remember back in the days I used to eat grapes from a friends house straight from the tree.  They were small. At first green and they turn reddish. They were sweet. 
Now I have found a diversity of grapes.  Today I met sapphire grape.  They shape like a tubular and quite tasty. They are from Peru.

They are very sweet too. Got to go slow down before I finish the box in one try.

They are many kind of grapes. What grapes do you like? I prefer seedless but usually the grape with seed is used for wine. Here comes  the idea of table grape and wine grape.  
Few people are okay with seeds in their mouth. 
Grapes can do a lot of good stuffs for you like antioxidants that can help with cancers.

I guess you have to eat a lot of them to feel the difference. 
Grape is a fruit cluster together, or grape is a berry. 
Like all berry, it will go bad if you don’t use it, becoming so ripe. 
The health benefits of grapes is a book to read. 
There are thousands of varieties of grapes. 
Luckily you can try them if you have the option. We all may have a farmer market nearby. If you are a homesteader, you can grow your own.
