We season to taste, it can be salt, a little sugar for the acidity of the sauce, oregano, paprika and whatever happens to put, it can also be Laurel and cloves, cumin, a little of everything according to your preference.

Buenas tardes amigas y amigos de Hive. Hoy les voy a compartir cรณmo hacer una salsa bologรฑesa, un poco de cocina para variar en los post que hago viene bien.
Primeramente picamos en una tabla cebolla, en mi caso pique dos cebollas para luego ponerla en una olla con aceite y un poquito de ajo y ponerlas a que se doren.

En segundo lugar agarramos un morrรณn, tambiรฉn lo picamos en cuadradito y tambiรฉn lo ponemos en la olla, una vez
que estรก todo dorado le ponemos la carne picada, en mi casbo la carne picada estรกba congelada, asรญ que la puse asรญ a medida que se iba calentando o haciendo la iba separando.

Tambiรฉn echamos un poco de agua para que ya se vaya preparando el jugo de la salsa, una vez derretida toda la carne ponemos un purรฉ de tomate y si tienen tambiรฉn le pueden poner pedacitos de tomate.
Condimentamos a gusto, puede ser sal, un poquito de azรบcar para la acidez de la salsa, orรฉgano, pimentรณn y lo que les ocurra poner, puede ser tambiรฉn Laurel y clavo de olor, comino, un poquito de todo segรบn su preferencia.
Ponemos a fuego lento durante 40 minutos que se cocine despacio todo junto y luego tendremos la mejor salsa bologรฑesa del mundo. Espero que la puedan hacer para acompaรฑar una rica pasta, a mi me quedรณ riquรญsima.
