Tasty Delights in Hot Summers❤️

Hello Hive Community!

It's have been more than a triweek and I had not been active. But today I got you some yummy food recepies that you must try on in hot summers.
So recently my elder sister ended her May by giving exams and she is very good cook of our house😄. So she delighted us making Mango Shrikhand. Shrikhand is famous dessert of Maharashtra and Gujarat. Shrikhand is also a festive dish that is made for Janmashtami (the birthday of Lord Krishna).

As delicious as it looks, it is as easy to make😉
So let's check out it's receipe👇

All you need is curd or yogurt to make this yummy, creamy and sweet dessert which will level up your delightness❤️

Hung Curd: It is nothing but the strained yogurt. All the whey liquid is strained out from the yogurt to get dense, thick hung curd. It’s the same as Greek Yogurt.

Mango Puree: Take 2 mangoes and peel off their skin and chop it them roughly. Take a grinder jar and add chopped mangoes in it along with sugar as per your taste and blend it until it gives smooth texture.

For Extra Enhanced Flavours and Colour: Take some saffron strands and put them in a bowl containing small quantity of milk and keep it aside.

Now take the hung curd and whip it nicely so you can get the smooth, silky texture. Then add Mango Puree in it and our prepared Saffron Milk. Mix all these together, you can also add some finely chopped mangoes or dried nuts.
Keep it in refrigerator and serve it cold.

My sister presented her dish in such a unique way which looked soo mouthwatering🤤.

Take small sized glasses and add chopped mangoes below then add a layer of Shrikhand and just repeat the process.

For top she garnished with some chopped mangoes, chopped pistachios and dried rose flowers with absolutely won everyone's heart because not taste ke saath saath presentation bhi jaruri h😉❤️😂
